iWeigh® for work trucks
A work truck that knows its weight carries everything the crew needs to the job site in one trip, within its legal limit.
Air-Weigh built the first on-board scale made for F-Series work trucks. Today iWeigh® covers work trucks along with tractors, straight trucks and medium-duty trucks, and shows steer, drive and gross weights on the driver’s phone.

Features for work trucks
- Steer, drive and gross weights on Android and iOS phones and tablets, in the free Air-Weigh app
- Air ride and most mechanical suspensions on one module, with up to 3 air and 4 mechanical sensors
- 99+% accurate on air suspension and 97+% on mechanical, in 20 lb increments
- CAN bus / SAE J1939 output for third-party telematics
- Over-the-air updates as new features are added
- IP67-rated housing mounted on the outside of the truck
- Limited 3-year warranty, designed, built and supported in the USA
Trucks already running LoadMaxx® or QuickLoad
LoadMaxx® truck and tractor production ended on December 31, 2025. Air-Weigh keeps supporting those trucks with documentation, troubleshooting and their 36-month hardware warranty, and QuickLoad stays in production.
iWeigh LoadMaxx Compatible lets a fleet add iWeigh® to LoadMaxx trucks model by model, using FSK hardware for backward compatibility.
Frequently asked questions
How do I order?
Spec Air-Weigh on a new truck through your truck dealer, or have an Air-Weigh dealer fit it to a truck you already run. See how to buy.
How do I get an accurate weight?
Park on level ground with the engine running and the brakes released. On air ride, briefly deflate the air suspension and inflate it back to ride height, then read the weight.
How does an on-board scale work?
Air pressure sensors measure the pressure in the air springs, and deflection sensors measure the flex of axles or beams on mechanical suspensions. The scale converts those readings into on-the-ground weights, using the empty and loaded weights from calibration.
Who do I call for help with my scale?
Air-Weigh customer support is at 888-459-3247, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific.

“With EVs, the cars are getting heavier. With every electrification point of a vehicle, it’s 200 to 300 more pounds vs. a gas version. A hybrid is 200 to 300 pounds more than the gas car and a full EV is another 200 to 300 pounds. That makes these scales all the more critical.”
Mike VanderPloeg Operations Supervisor

“We use Air-Weigh scales to ensure that we pick up a full load every time. In fact, the first big haul after we installed them paid for the scales! I also like the peace of mind of knowing we won’t get an overweight ticket.”
