Optimize your fleet with real‑time weight intelligence

Air-Weigh® on-board scales weigh your vehicles as they load. The weight shows live in the cab, on the free Air-Weigh® app and can flows into the third-party telematics your fleet runs.

Three on-board scales, each built for a different job, whether loading a reefer, heavy haul, or validating bin content weight on a refuse route

Where fleets put the weight to work

The same reading that keeps a truck legal can also tell dispatch, billing and routing what each truck is carrying.

Forklift loading a trailer at a dock

Check the bill of lading against the truck

Each load’s measured weight can be checked against the weight on the bill of lading, and a mismatch can be flagged before the invoice goes out.

Trailers parked at loading docks

Find the trailers that are empty

A trailer that reads empty and stays parked counts as available, so dispatch can assign it without walking the yard.

Front-end loader refuse truck lifting a container

Send the truck to the landfill full

Routing software can have access to each truck’s gross weight and sends it to dump once it reaches the load you set.

Heavy equipment loaded on a lowboy trailer

Load a permitted haul to the limit

The crew can watch each axle group climb during crane loading and stops at the permitted weight, with no trip to the scale house.

Dump truck on the road

Measure what each route spreads

Weighed at the shed, on the route and on return, a spreader truck shows how much salt or sand each route used.

Concrete mixer truck

Weigh the concrete that comes back

A mixer’s return weight can be used to show how much concrete came back to the yard, so invoices can be adjusted. Dry weight can also be used to plan more efficient chipping schedules.

Measured once, read everywhere

Sends every weight to the Air‑Weigh® cloud

The cellular modem in iWeigh® sends each weight to the Air-Weigh® cloud as the truck loads, and the cloud can make it available to the telematics, routing and workflow platforms your fleet already runs.

Over Bluetooth®, the free Air-Weigh® app shows the driver each axle group as the truck loads, from the driver’s seat, the yard, the quarry, or the field.

In a Platform Science® workflow, one button drops the axle weights into the driver’s form. On Geotab®, the weights sit in the portal beside the rest of the truck’s data.

Air-Weigh® – The leader in on-board scales since 1987

Air-Weigh® started with a single in-cab display that showed truckers how much they could legally haul. As we mark 40 years in 2027, our scales can now send weights from every truck in a fleet so managers can plan loads and routes.

On air ride, each suspension group reads within 300 lb, at least 99 percent of the certified scale weight. On spring suspension, it reads within 900 lb, at least 97 percent.

Our air sensors read a fraction of a single PSI

For air ride suspensions, our sensors measure the pressure in the air suspension to a fraction of one PSI, all while calculating for temperature, altitude, humidity and barometric pressure.

Our deflection sensors weigh mechanical spring suspensions

For mechanical suspensions, a highly-engineered deflection sensor measures micro-flexing of the axle as the load increases.

Calibrated once, accurate for years

Each Air-Weigh® on-board scale provides years of accuracy from a single heavy and empty calibrated weight.
